Global Price Match settings

These apply to all properties. Per-property overrides for threshold and discount live in Price Match Properties. Changes take effect on the bot immediately — no deploy required.

Leave a field blank to unset it, which makes the bot fall back to its own built-in default.

Enabling Price Match for a property is done in Price Match Properties (per property, or via the bulk CSV upload) — not here.

Setting	Value	What it does
Default bottom-rate threshold		SIGNED. e.g. -0.2 allows matching up to 20% BELOW bottom rate; +0.2 requires staying 20% ABOVE it. Per-property values override this.
Price Match discount %		Extra discount off the matched OTA price. e.g. 0.02 = 2%. Per-property values override this.
Max screenshots per claim		How many screenshots a guest may send before the claim is processed automatically.
Failed attempts per claim		After this many unreadable/rejected screenshots, the claim exits gracefully.
Claims per phone per 24h		Abuse gate — how many separate claims one WhatsApp number may open in a rolling 24 hours.
Plausibility band		Extracted OTA price must be within this fraction of our live price, both directions. e.g. 0.4 = +/-40%.
Max claim value (IDR, rolling 30d)		Cap on total benefit one number can accumulate in 30 days. Blank or 0 means unlimited.
